For the friendships of forevers.

Midst a world which is completely in the realms of Whatsapp texts, Facebook posts, Instagram tags, selfies and pouts; friendships do lose its essence at times. The bond vanishes somewhere between those likes and comments.

However, there are certain friendships which survives it all and blessed are those who have such bond which does not fathom into oblivion even if they haven't been in touch since ages. All they need is a sudden emotional realisation of catching up with each other and there they go, talking profound like old times, laughing and smiling together like the bestest of buddies that they were, they are and shall always be. ☺

Maybe!

So maybe now we are nothing more than strangers with some memories,

Maybe we have moved on with life afterall life happens to everyone,

Maybe we fell out of love or it was destined to be this way,

Maybe the very mention of our names doesn't affect us anymore,

Maybe things have changed there perspective with time!

Wondering why is it a "may be"?

Because " may be" few years down the line when we would accidentally cross each other's path, wouldn't our heart skip a beat while our eyes meet? Wouldn't we crave to hear each other's voices? Wouldn't we wish to talk our heart out?

Maybe we would or maybe we would not.

No matter how far we go from each other, a part of us would remain with each other forever and one day we shall wonder "maybe we could have survived the storms of life together, maybe!"

Ah, well, alas! Nothing destroys love stories like these "may be's" do. *Sigh*
